Our most frequently asked questions
Can we schedule an evening / weekend session?
Yes of course we can, we are totally flexible and fully understand how busy people are and the need for non-traditional opening hours. Please give us a call or drop us a line and we’ll be more than happy, where possible, to accommodate you.
My dog is quite shy, will it still be possible to take photographs?
Every dog is different in personality. As an owner of several dogs we understand that some dogs aren’t as forward as others.
We can spend plenty of time getting to know each other before I get out the camera. We have a fun relaxed approach and wouldn’t make your dog feel uncomfortable with doing things he/she doesn’t want to do.
How long before we can view our images?
Your images are usually ready for viewing 7-10 days after your photoshoot. A convenient viewing date will be confirmed before you leave.
Will our images be used on social media?
We do like to use a small number of images as promotional materials to engage with potential new clients. But only with your permission!
Do you photograph other pets?
Yes we have photographed several cats, a bird and a couple of reptiles too.
